EAU26 Prostate Cancer Run – Step Out for Prostate Cancer!

We all know the science: regular exercise helps prevent disease, speeds up recovery, and reduces the risk of recurrence. But let’s be honest—nothing beats the feeling of outrunning your colleagues at sunrise while supporting prostate cancer research.

All proceeds go directly to Europa Uomo to fund projects highlighting the positive impact of physical activity for men with prostate cancer. So yes, you can feel extra good about that early morning alarm.

Whether you’re a urologist, a nurse, an industry rep, a patient, a family member, or just someone who wants to celebrate healthy living, everyone is welcome.

You can join:

• 4 km Run – For those who like to start their day with a victory lap.
• 2 km Walk – For those who prefer their endorphins delivered at a gentler pace.

Enjoy a scenic route along the Thames with views so nice you may forget it’s 7 in the morning.

The Run – 7:00 AM

• Meet at 6:45 AM at the Royal Victoria Square, near the western entrance of the Excel.
• Pick up your exclusive runner’s vest (your magic ticket to the start line).
• Bag drop available
• Finish by 8:00 AM, where well-earned coffee and light refreshments await.

The Walk – 8:00 AM

Perfect for patients, families, or anyone who prefers a gentle start to the day. Same good vibes, same worthy cause.

2. Group Registration — €300 per team of 10

Calling all companies! Show off your creativity with themed team outfits. The more original, the better. Who will accept this challenge?

Options 1 and 2 are for delegates who have already registered for EAU26. You can add your registration for the Prostate Cancer Run online as an extra entitlement via this link. You can also register on‑site on Thursday and Friday by scanning your badge at the self-service desk in the registration area. And if you cancel, your fee automatically becomes a donation.

3. Patient & Family Registration — Free

Patients and their relatives can join for free by signing up via the button below. You can either join the fast runners or take it at a lower pace in the walk.  

Running releases endorphins. Endorphins make you happy. Happy people join fun runs. So bring your trainers and pack some sports gear to join us for a bright and early run! You will not only be socialising in a healthy way but also contribute to urological research while working on your own health.
