Warning

Be wary of third parties selling hotel rooms and registrations for EAU25. These companies give the impression that they are the official handling agency and deceive congress participants by using a range of tactics often including unauthorised usage of the EAU logo. In frequent cases, congress participants have been led to believe that they had made a registration, to find out onsite that no registrations were made whereas their credit cards were charged.

Congress Consultants B.V. is the only official congress organiser appointed by the EAU to handle registrations for EAU25.

Register by choosing your category

Individual registration
Upon the completion of your registration, you will receive your e-ticket by email. Please ensure that your email address is up-to-date. You will need to show a copy of your e-ticket at the self-service area to pick-up your congress documents.

Third party/ group registration up to 30 participants
It is important that you register with your own personal MyEAU account. If you don’t have an account you can create one for free. No need to be an EAU member! This way we know who to contact in case of any questions about the registration.
As soon as your registration has been processed we will send you the confirmation, e-tickets and invoice by email. Before registering your group (up to 30 participants), please read the Instructions.

Group registration for 30 or more participants
Before registering a group (30+ participants), please read the following information carefully.

  • Complete the Group Reservation Form for the expected number of participants
  • Upon receipt of the form, you will be contacted by the EAU Registration Department with further instructions.

Deadline:
The deadline for new group registration (via spreadsheet) is 19 February 2025. After this date, we no longer accept group registrations via spreadsheets. The online registration system remains open until 19 March 2025, therefore you can still register groups through the online registration system.

 

Press registration
Journalists and medical writers wishing to participate in the 40th Annual EAU Congress can apply for a free registration.

 

Registration for the 25th International EAUN Meeting
Registrations for the 25th International EAUN Meeting will open from 1 October 2024.

 Exhibitor registration
By January 2025, all exhibiting companies of the 40th Annual EAU Congress will receive further instructions for the online registration system by email. Corporate visitors can purchase day pass(es) by sending an email to Exhibitor Registration Department. Exhibitors are entitled to:

  • Access to the EAU Exhibition during build-up and exhibition hours
  • Access to all industry sponsored sessions
  • Access to Opening Ceremony & Networking Reception
  • EAU25 Event App
