Getting excited about EAU24 in Paris? To help you find highlights in the scientific programme that match your interests and expertise, this article gives you details on sessions dedicated specifically to genitourinary (GU) cancer staging.
Plenary Session on GU cancer staging
In recent years, significant advancements in imaging technologies, including PET and molecular imaging, alongside disease evaluation through genomics and biomarkers, have emerged. However, the optimal application of these new staging tools in clinical practice sparks some controversy. Co-chaired by Prof. M. Rouprêt (FR) and Dr. J. Walz (FR), this morning session will address key staging debates in prostate cancer, renal cell cancer, and urothelial cancer. Plenary Session: Controversies on GU cancer staging, eURO Auditorium 2 – Friday, 5 April (08:00 – 10:00 CEST).
