EAU Membership exclusive: Early access to book hotels in Amsterdam
This year, the EAU and its housing partner, K.I.T. Group GmbH can offer EAU members exclusive early access to the EAU27 Amsterdam housing platform. That means that EAU members have the first choice of affordable and conveniently located hotels when they visit the congress next March.
Every year the EAU, through its housing partner, pre-books hotel rooms so that there is enough availability for congress visitors. Participants who book through the hotel booking platform can be sure to get the best rates when other housing providers might charge more once congress dates are known and the scarcity increases.
EAU members can identify themselves when entering the hotel booking platform with their e-mail address and membership ID. EAU members will have exclusive access until 1 October 2026, when other congress visitors will also receive access to book hotel rooms.

K.I.T. Group GmbH has been appointed as the official housing agent for the 42nd Annual EAU Congress in Amsterdam. We always recommend booking through our housing agent as these rooms are reserved well in advance and affordable. Warning
Be wary of third parties offering hotel accommodation and registrations for EAU27. These companies give the impression that they are the official handling agency and deceive congress participants by using a range of tactics, often including unauthorised usage of the EAU logo. In some cases, congress participants have been led to believe that they had made a registration or booked a hotel, to find out that no registrations or hotel bookings were made whereas their credit cards were charged.
Congress Consultants B.V. is the only official congress organiser appointed by the EAU to handle registrations for EAU27.
K.I.T. Group has been appointed as the official local housing agency for EAU27.
