Patient advocates* can register to the congress free of charge.

Patient advocates* are eligible to apply for a €500 travel grant.
- A letter is required stating why you want to attend the congress.
- You must agree to submit a post-congress report, describing your congress experience and areas for improvement.
- Applications are accepted on a first-come-first-serve-basis.

EAU Patient Plaza
We are excited to welcome you to the brand new EAU Patient Plaza! The Patient Plaza will be a vibrant hub within the exhibition area, where you will have the opportunity to meet various Patient Advocacy groups. It’s the perfect spot to exchange experiences and meet your colleagues and enjoy a cup of coffee or tea.
Additionally, we are thrilled to announce that Vivienne Parry will be offering individual Presentation Training Sessions. These sessions will be available between Friday, March 21, and Sunday, March 23, during EAU25. Faculty members and delegates interested in improving their presentation skills can inquire at the Patient Plaza for more information on how to register for a session.
A planned group session for all faculty from the Patient Office who wish to receive presentation training ahead of the Patient Poster session will also take place on Friday, March 21, starting at 08:15 in the Patient Day room. More information on registrations for this session will follow.
