EAU17’s Comprehensive Programme

More than 13,000 participants are expected to attend the 32nd Annual EAU Congress (EAU17) from 24 to 28 March 2017 in London. Over 300 sessions on the latest and most significant updates in urology will be presented by 1,500 highly-acclaimed experts from around the globe.

Prof. Dr. Arnulf Stenzl (DE), Chairman of the Scientific Congress Office, said “Exciting, significant additions have been included in the scientific programme of the upcoming EAU17. It will add more focus on personalised treatment for patients compared to the previous years. EAU17 will help delegates distinguish when to follow the EAU Guidelines or when to judiciously individualise treatment, and always considering what is best for patients.”

Stenzl states some of the sessions he looks forward to, but not limited to, include the ESUT live surgery event, Plenary Session 1: ‘Sleepless nights’: Would you do the same again?, and Thematic Session 2: Expert challenges expert (Salvage radical prostatectomy, extent of lymphadenectomy), among many others.
