Methods of payment

Please note that payment should be received one week after the deadline of the specific registration fee; otherwise, the higher registration fee will be applied.

By credit card
AMEX, VISA and Mastercard are widely accepted. Secure online payments are made through the designated online registration system.

By bank transfer

If you choose to pay by bank transfer, you will need to register online first. Then make the payment through your bank and send a copy of the transfer to the EAU (by e-mail, fax or regular post). After your payment is received, the online registration will be automatically finalized. Please quote the reference number on your bank transfer to ensure payment is allocated to the correct registration.

Cancellation 

Any cancellation or changes in your registration must be notified in writing.

For new registrations, made as of 6 March 2020 (after it was decided to postpone the congress to July), the following conditions apply:

All Registered Fee, including 21% VAT
6 March 2020 – 15 June 2020 50% will be refunded
After 15 June 2020 No refund

The outbreak of COVID-19 virus forms a severe health risk for the more than 10,000 international healthcare professionals that would have attended our meeting, especially since the outbreak is expected to remain a pandemic prior, during and after the congress dates.

As a result of the outbreak of COVID-19 virus, the Dutch government has banned all meetings with an attendance of more than 100 persons in The Netherlands. Therefore, we are obliged to postpone the EAU20. As this situation is a Force Majeure situation as defined in the articles 8.1 and 8.2 of the terms and conditions for EAU20 registrations, we cannot accept any liability towards the registrants.

All registrations will remain valid for the new dates. For this reason, registrants are not entitled to a refund of the registration fee in case they are unable to attend the congress in July. However, we will provide you with a free access code for the EAU20 Resource Centre where you can review all scientific content and the webcasts of all sessions within 24 hours.

Refunds of group registrations will be handled after the congress.
The cancellation fees also apply on booked extras like ESU Courses and ESU Hands-on Training Sessions.

Name Change

For new registrations, made as of 6 March 2020 (after it was decided to postpone the congress to July), the following conditions apply:

Delegates: Group Registration Fee, including 21% VAT
6 March 2020 – 15 June 2020 €30.25
After 15 June 2020 Name change no longer possible
