*Proof of status is required. A proof of status is an official letter written in English and signed by the head of the hospital department on official hospital letterhead and not older than 6 months. Descriptions of the different professions can be found here.
Delegates with a full registration are entitled to:
- Access to all scientific sessions with the exception of the ESU-organised Courses and Hands-on Training for which an additional fee is required
- Access to industry sponsored sessions and seminars
- Access to the EAU Exhibition. The exhibition will be open on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday
- Obtain a congress bag and congress-related documents
- Obtain a transportation pass to travel with public transport within Madrid, more information can be found here
- Access to the Virtual Platform with live streams of all the sessions held in eURO Auditoriums 1 & 2 and some Industry sessions in various rooms as well as On Demand access to recordings of the other sessions (when they become available).
- Access to the EAU25 Resource Centre to explore numerous webcasts, abstracts, posters, videos and more

Press
Journalists and medical writers wishing to participate in the 40th Annual EAU Congress can apply for a free registration. All information on Press registrations can be found here.
*Press card: A copy of the press card dated 2024/2025 or an original assignment letter is required

Patient advocates* wishing to participate in the 40th Annual EAU Congress can apply for a free registration. For more information please check the EAU Patient Information website.
*Proof of status for non-members is required: A written confirmation in English from the associated patient advocacy group confirming your membership, no older than 6 months.

EAU Membership
Please note that outstanding payments for EAU(N) membership will be checked by the EAU Central Office. Reduction on the registration fee will NOT be granted if your EAU(N) membership subscription of 2025 is not paid or if there are other outstanding amounts.
